Finding a counselor can be a challenging task! It may be even more challenging than usual to take care of your mental health during this unique (and stressful!) time of a global pandemic, social justice movements, and natural disasters. Counseling is a very unique process, which allows you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in order to gain new insight and perspectives.

You may be at a point in your life where you feel strongly motivated for change and can imagine your desired outcome, yet you may feel unsure of how to start. I strongly believe that all people possess individual strengths and resources that are incredibly valuable and beneficial to the counseling process. I provide a space for you to identify your emotions, process life stressors, improve interactions with others, and increase your knowledge and use of effective and healthy coping skills. I believe that Black Lives Matter, that we need to stop Asian hate, and I am an anti-racist counselor.

It is a privilege to work with you through whatever you may be facing at this point in your life. You know yourself best, and you have everything that you need. My job is to help you uncover what’s already there, while walking alongside you on your journey.
